The Vitamin Bridge acts as a grantor of in-kind prenatal vitamins to the program partners which we support. We are thoughtful in evaluating these organizations and require completion of a standardized application along with supporting documentation. Since our 2019 program inception, the application was a Microsoft Word-based document exchanged over email. The process was cost-efficient and manageable when supporting a limited number of organizations.
The growing number of program partners served by The Vitamin Bridge became challenging to manage and required a better solution. After considerable research, we selected WizeHive as a cloud-based, grant management system provider. Headquartered in Conshohocken, PA, WizeHive provides cloud-based solutions to associations, foundations, governmental offices, healthcare institutions, and leading nonprofits around the world.
WizeHive allows us to house everything related to our grant program in the cloud, making it more accessible, organized, and scalable for our team as we continue to grow! We are processing our 2024 prenatal vitamin requests through WizeHive and are already experiencing the benefits.
Tom Day
Tom co-founded The Vitamin Bridge alongside his wife, Martha, in 2019. He draws from experiences gained from a career in commercial banking, which he applies in directing the day-to-day activities of The Vitamin Bridge. Tom leads from the perspective that The Vitamin Bridge maintain a strong organizational foundation while growing in its service to others. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Baylor University.
